Bu noktada ikna ve sat\u0131\u015f odakl\u0131 liderlik, klasik liderlik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 olarak, etkile\u015fim ve alg\u0131 y\u00f6netimi \u00fczerine in\u015fa edilir.
